Lemon Chicken Love



  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 2 chicken buoulon cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 2 lemons
  • Small pack of scallions
  • Small pack of mint leaves
  • 1 can of canelli beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Using a spiral over, create spirals of yellow spaghetti squash (set aside)
  2. Take out chicken and sprinkle salt and pepper on each side (set aside)
  3. Add 1 1/2 cup of water to a pan
  4. Add 2 bullon cubes
  5. Bring to bowl and reduce heat to medium/low
  6. Cut 1/2 lemon and add wedges to the chicken broth
  7. Add spaghetti squash and cook until Aldente
  8. Add cannelli beans to pan
  9. Add chicken into the mix and squeeze half a lemon on top
  10. Cook chicken on either side for 5 minutes (or until cooked)
  11. Remove from stove
  12. Garnish with scallions, mint and additional wedges of lemon
