Flavorful Flatbread 


  • 1 large pizza cruse Flatbread
  • 1/2 pack of rosemary goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pesto 
  • 1 tbs miced garlic 
  • 1/4 red onion sliced
  • 1/4 package of tricolor tomatoes 
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Handful of basil leafs 


  1. Turn over to 350 degrees. Place mini tricolor tomatoes in pan and. Toast for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside. 
  2. Add 1 tbs of olive oil to a pan and turn to medium heat. Sautéed onions for 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside
  3. With a brush, brush Flatbread with olive oil until covered with a thin layer
  4. Cut goat geese into small chucks and drop dollops evenly across the Flatbread 
  5. Top with roasted tomato, onions, pesto and garlic
  6. Police Flatbread on pan and cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese begins to melt
  7. Remove flat bread and add fresh basil leaves and Parmesan strips
