Lemon, Garlic Chicken


  • 6 Chicken legs
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 4 tbs melted butter
  • Greek seasoning
  • 1 lemon (sliced in half)
  • 1 head of garlic (sliced in half)
  • 3-4 twigs Rosemary


  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Season chicken with Greek seasoning until all sides are covered
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat, add chicken to pan and cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown
  4. On skillet, place chicken, each side of the garlic head and sliced lemon (as pictured)
  5. Pour butter all over chicken
  6. Add rosemary
  7. Cook for 20 minutes
