Mushroom Dumpling Soup


  • 3/4 cup finely chopped mushroom
  • 2 cups mushroom broth
  • 3 tbs chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs butter
  • Nasoya dumpling wrappers (8)


  1. Add olive oil and butter to pan, cook on medium/ low heat stirring until butter melts
  2. Add mushroom and green onion and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Fill each dumpling wrapper with 1/2 tbs mushroom mixture and wrap (there are wrapping instructions on the back of the Nasoya package)
  4. Place dumplings in pan (there will be remaining mushrooms still left over)
  5. Add broth and cook on medium/low heat for 7 minutes
  6. Add additional green onion to garnish
  7. Enjoy!
