Spring Rolls


  • Rice paper
  • 1 cup Edamame 
  • 1 chicken boiled and pulled
  • 4 sprigs Parsley 
  • 1 small bag Carrots 
  • Quarte wedge purple cabbage 



  1. Place chicken in a large pot
  2. Add water, cover pot and bring to a boil; reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook for about 90 minutes, or until chicken meat is falling off of the bone
  3. Remove chicken, let cool and shred or chop the meat

Rice Paper

  1. Dip rice paper into luke warm water 
  2. Put rice paper on a plate (rub oil onto plate so paper doesn’t stick)
  3. Add a variety of vegetable ingredients 
  4. Wrap
  5. Serve with soy sauce
